Terms of Service

1. About these terms

NrityaBook is provided by NEOWISE PTE. LTD. ("NEOWISE", "we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore. These terms apply to everyone who uses NrityaBook, whether making a programme ("you", the customer) or viewing one as a guest. By using NrityaBook you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create or pay for a programme. If you are making a programme for a child, you must be their parent or guardian, or have their parent’s or guardian’s permission.

2. The service

NrityaBook lets you create a digital programme for a dance performance, publish it at its own web address with a QR code, collect wishes from guests in a guestbook, and download a keepsake PDF of the wishes and an offline copy of the programme. Making and previewing a programme is free. A programme becomes public only after payment.

3. Your private links

When you make a programme you receive a private editing link, and after publishing an admin link for the guestbook. NrityaBook has no passwords: anyone who has these links can change your programme or remove wishes. Keep them private, and keep the email we send you. We cannot recover a lost link if you no longer have access to the email address you gave at checkout.

4. Prices, payment and renewal

• The price is shown before you pay. It includes one year online from the date of publishing, the guestbook, QR code, keepsake PDF and offline copy.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Singapore dollars and include any applicable taxes.
• You can add another year at any time before your programme is removed, at the renewal price shown at the time. Nothing renews automatically, and we never charge you without you choosing to pay.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a payment you have already made.

5. Refunds

• If we cannot publish your programme after you pay (for example, if the link name you chose was taken in the meantime), we refund you in full automatically.
• Because your programme goes live immediately after payment, payments are otherwise non-refundable once the programme is published.
• If something is not working as it should, email us within 7 days of payment. We will fix it, or refund you if we cannot.
• Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Singapore consumer protection law.

6. Your content

You keep all rights to the photos, words and music you add ("your content"). You give NEOWISE a limited permission to store, copy, resize, convert and display your content only so far as needed to run NrityaBook for you: to host your programme, show previews, build the keepsake and offline copy, and keep backups. This permission ends when your content is deleted.

You confirm that:

• you own your content, or have permission to use it, including for any music you upload;
• everyone named or shown in your programme, or their parent or guardian, has agreed to appear in it;
• your content is lawful and is not offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or defamatory, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

7. The guestbook

Guests are responsible for the wishes they post. As the customer, you can remove any wish using your admin link, and you are responsible for moderating your programme’s guestbook. We may remove wishes or content that break these terms or the law. Guests must not post spam, abuse, or other people’s personal details.

8. Music included with NrityaBook

NrityaBook includes a small selection of original background music made for it. You may use these tracks only as background music on your NrityaBook programme and its offline copy. You may not download them for other uses, sell them, or claim them as your own.

9. When your time online ends

• Your programme stays online for the time you paid for. We email reminders before it ends, if we have your email address.
• When the time ends, the link shows that the programme has ended. For 30 days afterwards you can still renew, or download your keepsake and offline copy.
• 30 days after the end, your photos, music, wishes and programme text are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please download anything you want to keep before then.
• Link names are never reused, so your link will not point to anyone else’s programme later.

10. Things you must not do

• Use NrityaBook for anything unlawful, or to harass, mislead or harm anyone.
• Upload viruses or harmful files, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Access other customers’ programmes or data without permission.
• Copy, resell or reverse-engineer NrityaBook, its designs or its templates.

We may suspend or remove a programme that breaks these terms. Where the breach is serious, we may do so without a refund.

11. NrityaBook’s own rights

NrityaBook, its name, logo, designs, page templates, editor, keepsake design and included music belong to NEOWISE PTE. LTD. Published programmes include a small “Make yours with NrityaBook” link and a copyright line on the last page. Please do not remove or hide them.

12. Availability

We work hard to keep NrityaBook running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, especially during events outside our control such as internet or provider outages. We recommend printing your QR code and keeping your offline copy as a backup for the performance itself.

13. Liability

To the extent the law allows, NrityaBook is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of content you did not download before it was deleted. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the programme concerned in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against NEOWISE because of content you added to your programme, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply to payments made before them. If you keep using NrityaBook after a change, you accept the updated terms.

16. General

• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about NrityaBook.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
